ITEM DESCRIPTION
This auction is for a KNITTING PATTERN. This pattern includes directions to make
a either a fitted fair isle tank with crocheted trim, or a looser v-neck cardigan vest. Either project is sized for
Helen's Kish's 14" Chrysalis dolls.
The projects are knit in one piece from the ribbing up and split at the armholes.
The tank top is finished with a single crochet edging, while the V-neck vest is finished with a picked-up & knit ribbing
edge.
I design
the tank to fully open in the back for ease of dressing. The cardigan can be left without fasteners (as shown) or you
may use snaps & tiny buttons for a front closure.
MATERIALS
I used "Palette" yarn from Knitpicks, but you can use any fingering weight yarn, as long
as you choose the size of needles to get the correct gauge. I used US needles sized 0 and 000 (2mm, 1.5mm), and small
4/0 snaps for the closure.
