Sew-Cool Separates Presents. . .
"Fabulous Fair Isle"
Icelandic Yoked Sweater
A Knitting Pattern for Ellowyne Wilde
or Tonner's Tyler Wentworth

ITEM DESCRIPTION
This pattern includes the PDF version of my knitting pattern--written instructions and charts for "Fabulous Fair Isle," an Icelandic style yoked sweater, knit neck-down for Ellowyne Wilde or Tonner's Tyler Wentworth.

This pattern is my own design, inspired by a sweater I found in a JC Penney's advertisement.

One of the reasons I love this project is because it requires less finishing work.  You knit the turtleneck first, then knit the sweater from the neck down.  The only seams required are the arm and underarm seams.

The advantage of only having fair isle on the yoke is ease of dressing.

Instructions are also included to make a matching hat for either Ellowyne or Tyler.

Suggested Supplies
Both of these sweaters were knit using needles in US sizes 1, 0 & 000 (2.25, 2 & 1.5mm).  I used KnitPicks Palette, an inexpensive fingering weight wool yarn available from knitpicks.com.

Finishing is done using needle, yarn & thread.  I recommend using 5-6 sets of small snaps for the back closure.

Item Basics
This purchase includes the printed version of my knitting pattern for a yoked fair isle sweater.  I will email the pattern to you on receipt of payment.  I check my email throughout the day during the week, but response times will be slower on the weekends.  I try to take time off for my family and my spirit.  :)
