Jaunty Jackets
Sew-Cool Separates

Sew-Cool Separates Presents. . .
"Jaunty Jackets"
A Knitting Pattern to create
Collared Cardigans for 7 1/2" Riley
and 11" Bitty Bethany dolls

Item Description
This pattern booklet includes visual charts and written instructions for collared, cuffed jackets to fit either 7 1/2" Riley or 11" Bitty Bethany. These patterns have been designed and written by me. They are knit from the neck down with increases at the raglan seams.

The sweaters are knit with an all-over ribbing, with seed-stitch filled diamonds on the front.  You can choose to knit the sweaters with a little hood instead of the collar as shown.

Suggested Supplies
Riley's sweaters were knit with size 000 (1.5 mm) and 0 (2 mm) needles. Bitty's sweaters were knit with size 0 (2mm) and size 1 (2.25mm) needles.

I suggest fingering weight yarn such as Palette or Essential from www.knitpicks.com.  Each of those yarns has 231 yards in a 50 gram ball.

You will also want a small crochet hook (US sizes 7-10 are all appropriate) and four sets of small snaps for the front closure.

Item Basics
This purchase includes the PDF version of my knitting pattern for aran cardigans for Helen Kish's Riley & Bitty Bethany dolls.
If you would prefer a Hard Copy version of the pattern, look on the main Knitting Patterns page for the "Add to Cart" buttons with a drop down menu.
